By 2007, Alpha transitioned from administrator to underwriting manager, gaining independence and the ability to design bespoke solutions that met the precise needs of its clients.
Two years later, Alpha adopted the Cell Captive model, gaining greater autonomy and sharper control of risk. From there, the company expanded into specialised markets, including motorcycles, leisure, and haulage, and formed a strategic partnership with Swiss Re, combining local precision with global expertise.
In 2017, Alpha entered the corporate and state-owned enterprise property market, offering protection for complex and large scale risks. Each phase of this growth was intentional, driven by disciplined innovation and the refusal to compromise on structure or standard.
